Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will grant you complete control over your email boxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can create a brand new e-mailbox in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can forward electronic mails from one e-mailbox to another, finetune mail filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your email mailboxes against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mailboxes against junk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming email messages according to specific criteria defined by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and choose the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming emails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Simply specify the mailbox account you wish to redirect mails from, then choose the destination mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you would like to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box account will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
